The thickness deviation processing is performed on one or more places in the longitudinal directions of both surfaces of the blade material 1 and, on the thickness deviation processing parts, the blade material 1 is subjected to warping deformation in the crosswise direction. The linearly pointed tip edges 41, 51 are made to coincide with each other in the crosswise direction, the thickness deviation processing is performed.
