Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable confirming the bended shape of a metallic sheet even during heating or just after heating. SOLUTION: The temperature distribution of the metallic sheet during heating or after heating is measured (Step I). By comparing the temperature distribution with the arrangement of heating lines, the temperature at the point of time of the measurement is identified (Step II). On the basis of the data of natural deformation of a heating wire at each temperature level, the estimated value of the natural deformation corresponding to the identified temperature is determined (Step III, IV). On the basis of the estimated natural deformation, the target shape at the point of time of the measurement is estimated (Step V). The target shape is compared with the measured shape (Step VI).
