Abstract:

PURPOSE: To use a beam form as a part of a structural body while promoting its lightweightiness by thickening a bottom form alone, and enabling the burying of a part of beam main reinforcement and a partial stirrup in this thickened portion.
CONSTITUTION: Two V-shaped notches 16, 16 are formed in space between a bottom form 12 and side forms 14, 14, and a net 18 continuing over the whole length of the bottom form 12 and the side forms 14, 14 is installed, forming 4 bending type precast beam form 10. Both these side forms 14, 14 are uprighted, forming each of them into a section U-shaped form, and an interval between these side forms 14 is locked tight via a separator 20. In succession, the bottom form 12 is formed into being thickened at the specified thickness (t), and respective lower ends of lower end main reinforcements 22a and a stirrup 24. are embedded in the bottom form 12.
