CONSTITUTION: An upstream-side connecting part 12 and a downstream-side connecting part 13 are formed to a short-shaped inlet main body 11, and a cleaning hole 15 is formed to the upper part of the inlet main body. A universal joint 21 having a short connecting part 21a is connected to the upstream-side connecting part 12, and a bent pipe 22 having a short connecting part 22a is connected to the downstream-side connecting part 13. Then the connected parts are reinforced by covering with an FRP layere 33.
