NEW MATERIAL: A compound of formula I [X is -CH2- or -S-; R1 is -O-Y3 (Y3 is H, an alkyl, an alkanoyl or the like) or the like; R2 is heterocyclo or heteroaryl; R3 and R4 are each H, a halogen, an alkyl or the like; n is 0, 1, 2 or 3; and m is 0, 1, 2 or 3] and a salt thereof.
EXAMPLE: N-propionyl-N-[1-(2,6-dichloro-4-trifluoromethylphenyl)-3-methyl-4 trifluoromethylthio-5-pyrazolyl]glycine acid ethyl.
USE: A cardiovascular agent. Cardiovasodilator, especially antihypertensive.
PREPARATION: A compound of formula II, its salt and a compound of formula III (Z is a leaving group) are reacted with each other, or a base, a compound of formula IV and ozone are reacted with each other, and a mixture of the product with a compound of formula V is hydrogenated to obtain a compound of formula I.
