To enable a person to easily confirm a betting score by use of a cellular phone with a small screen or the like when he/she performs a special betting such as trifecta formation betting in purchasing of a betting ticket of a public race such as a horse race.

The betting score calculation program is executed so as to make an input device 1 using numerical input keys, an internal memory 32 as an internal storage device and a cellular phone CP provided with a display device 2 function as a betting ticket storage means 104 for storing a betting ticket or the like selectively inputted through the input device 1 in the internal memory 32, an input history display means 105 for displaying a content stored in the internal memory 32 by the storage means 104 on the display device 2, a betting score calculation means 106 for calculating a betting score based on the content stored in the internal memory 32 by the storage means 104, and a result output means 107 for displaying the betting score calculated by the calculation means 106 on the display device 2 simultaneously with the display by the input history display means 105.
