Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an adhesive force while suppressing protrusion of an adhesion part for adhering a bottom part of an outer bottle and a protective member of a vacuum double bottle.SOLUTION: A beverage container includes: a vacuum double bottle 1 in which an outer bottle 20 is formed by joining upper side mouth parts 11, 22 of an inner bottle 10 and an outer barrel 21, and by joining a bottom cover 30 to the outer barrel 21, and in which a space between the inner bottle 10 and the outer bottle 20 is made to be vacuum; and a protective member 50 which is adhered to the bottom part of the outer bottle 20 by an adhesion part 40. The bottom cover 30 has a sealed vacuum exhaust outlet 31, a concave surface 32 for surrounding the vacuum exhaust outlet 31, and a horizontal surface 33 formed in the periphery of the concave surface 32. The protective member 50 is adhered to the horizontal surface 33 by the adhesion part 40 made of a thermoplastic adhesive agent, and the adhesion part 40 is made to be a shape having a swollen surface 42b along the concave surface 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
