To provide a beverage dispenser which properly supplies super-cooling water.
A pre-cooling water tank 2 is a rectangular parallelepipedic water tank reserving cooling water 4 therein and is cooled by a cooling unit 5. A super-cooling water tank 3 is a rectangular parallelepipedic water tank reserving an nonfreezing solution 6 therein and is cooled by a cooling unit 7. A pre-cooling coil 12 is made by winding a metal pipe into a coil shape through which drinking water supplied from a water source is circulated to cool the drinking water to create pre-cooling water of a pre-cooling temperature. A pre-cooling water tank 13 is connected communicatively to the pre-cooling coil 12 via a pipeline 13a so that the pre-cooling water of the pre-cooling temperature flows into the pre-cooling water tank 13. These pre-cooling coil 12 and pre-cooling water tank 13 are submerged in super-cooling water 4, where the pre-cooling water cooled through the pre-cooling coil 12 to have the pre-cooling temperature is reserved in the pre-cooling tank 13. A super-cooling coil 22 is submerged in the nonfreezing solution 6, and one end of the super-cooling coil 22 is connected communicatively to the pre-cooling tank 13 via a pipeline 22a while the other end of the same is connected communicatively to a super-cooling water nozzle 24 via a pipeline 22d and a super-cooling water supply valve 23.
