Title:
BEVERAGE DISPENSER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3702215
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately discharge a foamed beverage of a desired amount even right after turning on of a power source or replacement of a beverage container for a beverage dispenser.
SOLUTION: For this beverage dispenser, a pressure-adjustment control circuit 25 estimates and calculates the temperature K of beer in a beer barrel at every discharge of the beer (steps 214 to 226). Then, the pressure-adjustment control circuit 25 properly controls to open/close a pressure-adjustment valve, in such a manner that the feeding pressure of carbon dioxide for the beer barrel may be kept in the vicinity of a control target pressure P0 which is determined in response to the calculated barrel temperature (steps 204 to 208). In this case, prior to the discharge of the beer, i.e., prior to the calculation of the barrel temperature K, the feeding pressure Px of carbon dioxide for the beer barrel which is detected by a pressure sensor is set to be the initial value for the control target pressure P0 in the step 202. In the meantime, a discharge control circuit automatically discharges the beer under a liquid state and a foam state in order for a discharging period of time which is determined based on either one of the detected pressure or the control target pressure, in response to the turning on operation of a discharging button.
