Abstract:
To provide a beverage manufacturing technology having a feature in adjustment of liquid temperature of a beverage.SOLUTION: A beverage manufacturing device has a cooling part 10d with a hollow body 200. In this embodiment, the hollow body 200 has a cylindrical shape (especially, circular cylinder shape) constituted of an upper wall 200a and a bottom wall 200b while the upper and lower ends thereof are closed. The upper wall 200a is provided with an inlet part 201 serving as an entrance into which a coffee beverage is introduced before being cooled, while the bottom wall 200b is provided with an outlet part 202 serving as an exit for the coffee beverage after being cooled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
