Abstract:
To provide a beverage manufacturing device capable of supplying hot water whose condition such as temperature and the like is different in first leaching and second leaching to a leaching container.SOLUTION: A beverage manufacturing device 10 includes: a water supply mechanism 20; a heating mechanism 50 for heating water; a cooling mechanism 50 for cooling hot water; a leaching mechanism 60 including a leaching container 61 in which a leaching object T is inputted and which produces beverage when hot water cooled by the cooling mechanism is supplied; one or a plurality of selection operation parts 93 for selecting the type of a leaching object to be inputted in the leaching container; and control means 90 for controlling the heating mechanism, the cooling mechanism and the hot water supply mechanism by the operation of the selection operation part, and for supplying the hot water of a hot water pouring temperature corresponding to the selection operation part to the leaching container. The beverage manufacturing mechanism also includes a second leaching operation part 95 for re-leaching by the same leaching object. The control means controls the heating mechanism, the cooling mechanism and the hot water supply mechanism by the operation of the second leaching operation part, and supplies hot water at a second leaching hot water pouring temperature different from the hot water pouring temperature corresponding to the selection operation part to the leaching container.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 25
