Abstract:
To provide an apparatus for producing beverage, devised so as to suppress overshoot of air pressure in an extraction container with respect to a production technology of beverage, and to provide an air pressure management method of an extraction container.SOLUTION: An apparatus for producing beverage includes: an extraction container 9 storing liquid (hot water) and an extraction object (crushed coffee beans); and a supply part (a feed amount adjustment device 720, a piping 728c, and a magnet valve 728, or a compressor 70, a piping L1 and a magnet valve 73b) for supplying fluid to the extraction container 9. An air pressure management method of the extraction container includes: a step S31 of delivering beverage (coffee beverage) produced from liquid and the extraction object from the extraction container by pressure of fluid (steam, air or liquid) supplied from the supply part, and supplying the fluid to the extraction container; a step S32 of stopping the supply of fluid to the extraction container for a second time (50 m-second); and a step S33 of detecting air pressure in the extraction container in a state that the supply of fluid to the extraction container is stopped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 20
