To appropriately supply hot water to a steam tank.SOLUTION: A beverage providing device 1 for providing a beverage to a cup C, which has a steam tank 11 for generating compressed steam constituting the beverage, includes: a hot water tank 13 for generating hot water constituting the beverage and pooling it; a hot water supply pump 18 provided in a hot water supply channel 12 that connects the hot water tank 13 and the steam tank 11 for supplying the hot water pooled in the hot water tank 13 to the steam tank 11 when driven; and a control part 90 that drives the hot water supply pump 18 by discharging the compressed steam outside the steam tank 11 and lowering the water level inside the steam tank 11 at every set time that is set in advance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
