Abstract:
To easily separate an extraction residue from a paper filter.SOLUTION: A beverage supply device for supplying beverage extracted with an extractor 37 to a container C includes: the extractor 37 for extracting beverage due to that a crushed raw material and hot water are charged thereinto; a filter storage part 47 for rotatably supporting and storing a filter roll FR for winding a paper filter PF to be used in the extraction of beverage with the extractor 37; a paper roller part 375 for holding the paper filter PF drawn from the filter roll FR and delivering the paper filter PF from the filter roll FR in every extraction of beverage; and a storage box 39 for storing an extraction residue generated in the extraction of beverage with the extractor 37, and the paper filter PF used in the extraction of beverage. The storage box 39 is configured so as to divide an area 39a for storing the extraction residue, and an area 39b for storing the paper filter PF.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17
