Abstract:
To reduce work of collecting extracted scum.SOLUTION: Provided is a beverage supply device 1 including: a raw material box 11 that stores a raw material and, in the case where a sales instruction is given, dispenses an amount of the raw material according to the type of beverage targeted for the sales instruction; a mill 12 that crushes the raw material dispensed from the raw material box 11; an extractor 14 that receives the raw material crushed by the mill 12 and hot water to extract the beverage; and a storage box 20 that stores extracted scum produced by extraction of the beverage by the extractor 14, in which the beverage extracted by the extractor 14 is supplied to a container C. The beverage supply device includes a control unit 40 that calculates the available amount of beverage until an integrated value obtained by integrating the dispensed amount of the raw material in the raw material box 11 reaches an upper limit value previously determined as making the storage box 20 full, and causes a display 30 to display the available amount.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
