Abstract:
To provide a beverage supply device that can easily perform syrup remaining amount management and beverage sales amount management with a simple configuration even if there is a case where beverage supply to the same pipe is performed by switching a syrup tank.SOLUTION: A beverage supply device includes: syrup information D2 that manages a syrup use amount for each of syrup identifiers by assigning a syrup identifier to each of kinds of syrup and assigning a beverage identifier to each of kinds of beverage; and beverage information D3 that manages a beverage sales amount for each of the beverage identifiers based on recipe information D1 for each of the beverage identifiers associated with the syrup identifiers by defining a blending ratio of syrup with one or more syrup identifiers and one or more diluting solutions. The beverage supply device, when a supply of a desired beverage is instructed, supplies the instructed beverage based on the recipe information D1 and manages, based on the syrup use amount supplied, a syrup remaining amount for each of the syrup identifiers and a beverage sales amount for each of the beverage identifiers.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
