Abstract:
To provide a beverage supply/sales device and a beverage supply/sales method that can eliminate occurrence of a refund process of a purchase price when the beverage supply/sales device cannot supply the beverage.SOLUTION: A beverage supply/sales device is provided with a control unit 10 that detects a container C with a container detection unit 40, supplies beverage corresponding to a commodity selected by a commodity selection unit 21 to the container C after locking a door to a closed state via a door open/close control unit 14 and a door open/close lock mechanism 42, and then unlocks the closed state of the open/close door when the payment processing for the commodity is completed by a payment processing unit 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
