Abstract:
To provide a biarylurea derivative having high inhibitory action against a Cdk family.
The biarylurea derivative is represented by formula (I) (wherein Ar is a nitrogen-containing heteroaromatic ring group; each of X and Z is carbon, or the like; Y is CO, or the like; R1 is hydrogen, or the like; each of R2 and R3 is hydrogen, or the like; each of R4 and R5 is hydrogen, or the like; and formula (2) represents a single bond or a double bond). The biarylurea derivative has a remarkable proliferation-inhibitory effect against tumor cells, and therefore can be used as a Cdk4 inhibitor and/or a Cdk6 inhibitor, or the like, for treating malignant tumor.
