To provide a biasing combination structure for a pawl of a two-way ratchet wrench.

A driving means is rotatably mounted in a hole 13 of a head 11. A pawl 40 is mounted in a cavity 14. The pawl 40 has, on a first side, ratchet teeth 41 capable of separable engagement with teeth on an outer circumference of the driving means. A switching means 50 has an operating turn piece 51 and an actuating plate 52 extended from the turn piece 51 and rotatably housed in a second end of a compartment in a web 17. The switching means 50 is switchable between two positions to change a ratcheted direction of the driving means. A biasing means 60 is mounted on the actuating plate 52 in the cavity 14 to urge the ratchet teeth 41 toward the driving means.
