To provide a biaxially drawn sheet made of an impact-resistance polystyrene which is hard to crack even when being thinned and made lightweight, has a good mold reproducibility when being thermally molded, and also, in which a poor product resulting from a poor mold reproducibility or bridging is hard to occur even when being thermally molded at a high speed, and to provide a molded article using the sheet as the material.
This biaxially drawn sheet in the first prevention is made of the impact-resistant polystyrene of which the content of a rubber component is 4.0 to 12.0 wt.%. Also, (1) the drawing magnification in both of the vertical direction and the lateral direction is 2.1 to 2.7 times, (2) the heat shrinking stress in the vertical direction is 0.30 to 0.60 MPa, and the heat shrinking stress in the lateral direction is 0.30 to 0.55 MPa. The biaxially drawn sheet made of the impact-resistant polystyrene related with the first prevention which simultaneously satisfies these conditions is provided in the second prevention. In this molded article made of the sheet, the biaxially drawn sheet made of the impact-resistant polystyrene is used as the material, and the molded article which is manufactured by a thermal molding method is provided.
