Title:
BIAXIALLY KNEADING EXTRUDER AND SCREW USED THEREFOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3471572
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve further a discharge capacity by removing a filler being unsuitable by a method wherein a rotor of a kneading part provided between a vent opening and a feed opening is constituted of only a feed blade, and a tortion angle in an axial region corresponding to a diameter of the rotor is specified for the feed blade.
SOLUTION: A first kneading part 10 to an upperstream side from a vent opening of an apparatus principal body and a second kneading part to a downstream side from the vent opening are provided to a screw. Since a tip part 20 is twisted only in a direction giving sequential order feed thrust to a material to be kneaded in a rotor 17 constituting the first kneading part 10, only a feed blade 22 is made provided. The feed blade 22 is so formed that a torsion angle 6 in axial region L1 corresponding to a diameter D of the rotor 17 (i.e., D=L1) becomes 140° to 300°. Then, a total length of the first kneading part 10 is preferably integral times that in the axial region L1.
