Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxially oriented polyester film excellent in light-shielding properties, concealing properties, flame retardancy, and continuous productivity; and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A biaxially oriented polyester film satisfies the following (1) to (3): (1) carbon black particles are contained in a polyester resin composition constituting a film, and a content thereof is 0.5-10 wt.%; (2) optical density spots are 0.10% or more and 50% or less; and (3) flame redundancy is one of VTM-0, VTM-1 and VTM-2.SELECTED DRAWING: None
