To inexpensively provide a polyester stretched film having good tear properties and adhesiveness without losing strength, transparency, heat resistance, barrier properties, etc. and useful as a packaging film, a film for a tape, the opening port of a PTP pack or a beverage pack or an exterior material of gum or candy.
In this biaxially stretched polyester film having at least a three-layered constitution, each of its respective layers is composed of at least one kind of a crystalline polyester resin and at least one kind of an amorphous polyester resin and each of both outer layers thereof comprises a layer having crystallinity comprising the crystalline polyester resin and the amorphous polyester resin both of which are mixed in a weight% ratio of 60/40-90/10 while an intermediate layer comprising the crystalline polyester resin and the amorphous polyester resin both of which are mixed in a weight% ratio of 5/95-40/60.
