Abstract:
To provide a bicycle management system for early detection of a missing bicycle using existing a crime prevention registration seal.SOLUTION: A bicycle management system 1 includes a user mobile terminal 2 that can input ID information d1 displayed on an existing anti-theft certificate S attached to a bicycle B, and a server device 3 that communicates with the user mobile terminal 2 via a wireless network N. The server device 3 displays, before and after receiving request information of "bicycle search" from a user mobile terminal 2a of an owner H1, when the ID information d1 of a missing bicycle B1 and identification information d2 of a user mobile terminal 2b of a finder H2 are associated and exist, location information d3 and time information of the user mobile terminal 2b of the finder H2 on the user mobile terminal 2a of the owner H1.
