Abstract:
To provide capsule formulations capable of stably retaining Bifidobacterium in a powder composition containing Bifidobacterium.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a capsule formulation in which a powder composition containing Bifidobacterium is filled up in a hard capsule containing water soluble film formation polymer and gellan gum as raw materials, the moisture value of the capsule being adjusted to 3 to 4 mass%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
