To provide a bilayer seamless belt that has no joint part, has reduced condition marks, achieves reduced thickness, and is excellent in strength durability, heat resistance, non-adhesiveness, wear resistance, and grip performance, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A bilayer seamless belt has a seamless belt base material containing a heat-resistant woven fabric, and a surface layer containing fluorine resin, polyimide resin, silicone rubber or fluorine rubber.
