PURPOSE: To miniaturize a bill preparatory device as well as make easier the handling of a card and a reciept discharged by providing a card turn mechanism to parallerize the directions of the card and the reciept paper by changing their direction at the time of copying.
CONSTITUTION: A card 17 sent from the direction of arrows is passed through an inprinter portion 16 and then sent into between conical rollers 4A and 4B by the rollers R4 and R5 of a card turn mechanism, where the card 17 is changed its direction through 90° by the rotation of the roller 4A and 4B and inserted into the lower surface of a paper 11. Then, the emboss mark of the card 17 is copied on the paper 11 by pressing them by the roll 5', and then the rolls 4A and 4B are turned opposite to the direction at the time of insertion to alter the card 17 to the original longitudinal direction. Then, the card 17 is sent out by the rolls R4 and R5.
