Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging service which allows charging exceeding preset charging time and preset charging electric energy with simple means in a billing device for charger for providing preset charging time and preset charging electric energy by authenticating a user by an IC card or the like.SOLUTION: A billing device 110 comprises: means for reading out information of a record medium; means for executing authentication processing by the read information; means for permitting charging of preset charging energy to a charger 100 when the authentication processing authenticates correctness of the record medium; means for detecting input of cash; means for calculating a cumulative amount of the detected cash; and means for permitting charging of charging energy according to the cumulative amount of cash, in addition to the preset charging energy to the charger 100.
