The content server decides, as preliminary examination processing, whether or not the charge of the n-th content to be provided this time to the purchase candidate is within the range of the credit frame each time receiving a purchase request from the communication terminal of the purchase candidate, and downloads the n-th content to the communication terminal of the purchase candidate when deciding that the charge of the content is within the range of the credit frame, and automatically executes the charging settlement processing after the completion of download, and updates the number of times of continuous purchase.
