To provide a bimetal laminate structure and an improved method for manufacturing it.
The method contains a process for applying an adhesive layer 16 to a metal substrate 14 and a process for laminating a decorating metallic plate 12 on the metallic substrate 14 so as to substantially completely avoid a surface defect and a core reflection phenomenon along an outside face 13 of a decorating metal plate 12. As the result, a bimetal laminate structure 10 provides with the decorating metallic layer 12 formed from the first metallic material and the metallic substrate 14 formed by the second metallic material being different from the first metallic material. The metallic substrate 14 has a larger thickness than the that of the decorating metal plate 12. An adhesive layer 16 is arranged between the decorating metal plate 12 and the metallic substrate 14 for adhering firmly both decorating metal plate 12 and metallic substrate 14, being substantially over the both.
