To suppress an excessive rise of pressure on the high pressure side of a low temperature side refrigerating circuit and avoid its abnormal stop in a binary refrigerating device.

A binary refrigerating device is provided with a high temperature side refrigerating cycle 20 and a low temperature side refrigerating cycle 30. The evaporator 33 of the low temperature side refrigerating cycle 30 is provided with a plurality of inner fans 33-F1 and 33-F2. When the pressure of high pressure refrigerant rises abnormally, the inner fans 33-F1 and 33-F2 are stopped, the pressure of low pressure refrigerant is lowered and the rise of the pressure of high pressure refrigerant is suppressed. When the pressure of high pressure refrigerant becomes high, the number of the inner fans 33-F1 and 33-F2 stopped is increassd.
