PURPOSE: To prevent the deterioration of the extraction resistance force by using a thermosetting resin hardened material for an aggregate in a binder constituted of a main material made of reactive thermosetting resin, a filler material filled separately from the main material and the aggregate.

CONSTITUTION: A separate small capsule 9 stored with a hardening agent 8 is filled in a main material 6 filled with thermosetting resin such as unsaturated polyester resin in a capsule container 7. A hardened material 10 of thermosetting resin with about the same rigidity as that of the main material 6 is filled in the container 7 in the mixed state with the main material 6. The container 7 is inserted into the fitting hole 2 of a basement 1, and rotation and shock are applied to an anchor 4 with a hammer drill or the like. The container 9 is crushed together with the container 7, the hardening agent 8 and the main material 6 are stirred and mixed, and the main material resin is used as a binder 3 to fix the anchor 4. The deterioration of the extraction resistance force can be prevented.
