Abstract:
To provide a binder adapted to efficiently and favorably performing subsequent processing on a sheet bundle after processed without causing a cost increase or restrictions in layout.SOLUTION: A binder, including an end binder 90 and bookbinding processor 80 for performing bind-processing on a sheet bundle PT consisting of a plurality of sheets P, is provided with detection means (91f, 100, 120) that detects a thickness of a sheet bundle PT on which bind-processing has been done, based on an operation at the bind-processing.
