Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder resin for nonaqueous secondary battery electrode which controls dissolubility in N-methylpyrrolidone being a solvent at the time of electrode manufacturing, improves flexibility of a current collector foil, and exhibits electrochemical stability in a battery having a vinyl cyanide monomer unit.SOLUTION: There is provided a binder resin for nonaqueous secondary battery electrode containing a polymer (A), where the polymer (A) is formed by grafting a polymer having a polar group to a polyolefin stem polymer, as a branch polymer, and a mass ratio of the stem polymer and the branch polymer is 1:99 to 40:60.SELECTED DRAWING: None
