PURPOSE: To make easy to insert main yarn into a main yarn-inserting part by connecting a shuttle reciprocating mechanism and rear end of the shuttle through a hooking piece constructed in freely capable of hooking and taking off so as to usually maintain hooking state.
CONSTITUTION: Rear end of a shuttle is connected with top end of a shuttle- driving lever 19 by engaging a hooking groove 6a at rear end of a shuttle 6 with a hooking piece 20 made of spring and fixed to the lever 19. In an inserting of main yarn into a main yarn-inserting part 8, the main yarn is pressed to the direction of inserting with fitting to the hooking piece and the connected state of the hooking piece is disconnected, then passing of the main yarn is allowed, thus the hooking piece is returned to the initial connected state immediately after passing of the main yarn.
