To provide a binding device for a filled bag body which is sanitary, safe, easy for those engaging in the waste treatment, relatively compact in size, and low in price.
A single bag body 5 is taken out of guide rails 7a, 7b in a box body U, and locked to stoppers S1, S2 at an end part of the guide rails 7a, 7b at the position for throwing the waste and stoppers R1, R2 at an end part of hooks 10a, 10b, and held in an opened condition. After the waste is fitted in the bag body from an opening part, an opening part 5a o the bag body 5 in the box body is bound by operating a binding means 4 from the outside of the box body, and thus, the waste can be treated by those engaging in the waste treatment by a simple operation in a sanitary and safe manner, and the binding device can be formed relatively compact in size and low in price.
