To easily attach/detach a binding device and to stabilize travelling by constituting the device so as to rotate a driving arm underfoot with a connecting rod which is connected to a boot heel part by means of stepping on the boot heel part and to operate the ratchet mechanism of a control unit.

A person puts on a boot 20 where the connecting rod 25 is fixed on its sole, steps on the binding device 10 of a snow board, positions the connecting rod 25 to the engaging groove of the driving arm 16 in a release state and steps on it. Thus, the connecting rod 25 is lowered by following the engaging groove and the guide groove of a bracket 13, the driving arm 16 is rotated counterclockwise and a rotary shaft 15 is rotated. Then, the fan- shaped gear of the ratchet mechanism is rotated counterclockwise and the sole of the boot 20 is abutted on the base plate part 11 of the binding device 10 so as to be stopped. Thus, the fan-shaped gear is engaged with a latch, the driving arm 16 is locked and the boot 20 is surely restricted. Thus, the device is easily attached/detached so as to attain stable travelling.
