Abstract:
To provide a motor resistant to deterioration with a fluorocarbon refrigerant under high temperature and pressure condition and useful for a refrigerant compressor of a refrigerator and an air conditioner by using a polyphenylene sulfide fiber as a binding material for motor such as a motor coil.
A binding material made of a polyphenylene sulfide fiber (preferably twist yarn or braid) having high durability even in the continuous use at a high temperature and resistant to the deterioration by hydrolysis is used as the bonding yarn for a motor coil of a refrigerant compressor. It is useful for a compressor of a chlorine-free fluorocarbon refrigerant.
