Abstract:
To provide a binding mechanism and a binding unit that can hold an adhesive tape certainly in a predetermined position.SOLUTION: The binding mechanism in an embodiment includes: a base part; a tape feeding part; a tape cutting part; tape holding parts; and a tape holding driving part. The tape feeding part is supported by the base part. The tape feeding part feeds an adhesive tape. The tape cutting part is supported on the base part. The tape cutting part cuts the adhesive tape being fed. The tape holding parts can hold the adhesive tape being fed. The tape holding parts are provided in a pair. The tape holding driving part drives the pair of the tape holding parts. The tape holding driving part holds the adhesive tape being fed by the pair of the tape holding parts simultaneously.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
