Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely nip and cut a stretch film after finishing winding in a binding and packaging machine which binds and packages a product 1 partially with the stretch film 3.
SOLUTION: Before a stretch film is completely wound, a guide stick 17 proceeds between the rotary orbit of a raw film 4 and a product. After the film is completely wound, the stretch film is nipped by nip pawls 12, 13 between the raw film and the guide stick, and the film is cut by a cutter 18 between the nip pawls 12, 13 and the stick.
