Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide the subject staple fiber composed of polycaprolactone, etc., having respective specific tensile strength, number of crimp and percentage crimp and excellent crimping characteristics and hot-melt property and useful for sanitary napkin, etc.

CONSTITUTION: The objective staple fiber is composed of polycaprolactone and/or polypropiolactone and has a tensile strength of ≥3.0g/d, a number of crimp of 8-35/25mm and a percentage crimp of ≥5.0%.
