Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable high-speed processing with a biochemical analysis apparatus using a long-sized test film by specifying the length of an incubator and the distance from the inlet of the incubator to a measuring means to suitable lengths and constituting the apparatus in such a manner that the film can move back and forth. CONSTITUTION:A sample is spotted to the long-sized test film 3 by a spotting nozzle 15 and the film is fed into the incubator 55. The degree of the coloration thereof is then measured by the measuring means 57. The length necessary for one spotting at the test film 3, designated as l, the time for the incubation as (t), the number of spotting of the unit time as (n), the length of the incubator 55 as L and the distance from the inlet of the incubator 55 to the measuring means 57 as M are specified to the equation I and equation II. The test film 3 is continuously moved back and forth in the incubator 55 by which the time for the incubation is prevented from hindering the high-speed processing regardless of an end point method and speed method.
