Abstract:

To provide a biodegradable molded article having improved heat resistance and a container using the molded article.

A molded article is obtained by injection-molding a poly(lactic acid) resin, wherein the molded article includes poly(L-lactic acid) containing less than 4 mol% of D-lactic acid. The molded article is provided, at least in a part thereof, with a crystallized area which shows a crystallization energy/melting energy (|Hc|/Hm) ratio of 0.7 or less in a heating chart using a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC).
