Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a biodegradable rayon fiber with less decrease in hardness property and high biodegradability, and a fiber structure using the same.SOLUTION: A biodegradable rayon fiber includes a regenerated cellulose and a non-crosslinkable protein, the regenerated cellulose and the non-crosslinkable protein being homogeneously dispersed. In a manufacturing method of a biodegradable rayon fiber, a regenerated cellulose liquid is blended with a component involving a non-crosslinkable protein solution to obtain a spinning solution, wherein at least the regenerated cellulose liquid and the non-crosslinkable protein solution are blended right before a spinning nozzle, then spun.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
