Abstract:

PURPOSE: To be excellent in safety and preservation of contents and degrade by bacteria or the like even if a bottle is disposed of in environments after use by molding plastic which is excellent in biodegradation under aerobic conditions and in safety and preservation of food by means of blow-molding.

CONSTITUTION: Polylactic acid or copolymer comprising lactic acid and glycol acid is molded by blow-molding to provide a sauce bottle. A copolymerization ratio of both monomers in the case of the copolymer may be optionally selected. Lactic acid and glycol acid which are monomers are preferably obtained by using fermentation from natural products such as starch. Polylactic acid and lactic acid-glycol acid copolymer are independently used or used in mixture, wherein further they can be used together with plasticizer when necessary. Although common plasticizer may be used, edible and/or biodegradable compound made of natural products is preferable. The plasticizer can be used in a range of 0 to 50PHR or less with respect to polymer.
