PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bio gas refining system capable of maintaining calorie of refined gas constantly with a simple structure.SOLUTION: There is provided a bio gas refining system having a refiner for separating carbon dioxide from bio gas to obtain refined gas, an oxygen concentration analyzer for measuring oxygen concentration in an exhaust gas exhausted from a consumption device burning the refined gas and a control device for controlling a refining condition of the refining device so that the refined gas is maintained at target methane concentration based on oxygen concentration in the exhaust gas.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
