Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information measurement device, an exercise assisting device, a method for controlling a biological information measurement device, etc. that enable a user to appropriately apply pressure to an object to be examined even without the assistance of an assistant.SOLUTION: A biological information measurement device includes: a tightening mechanism 110 for tightening an object to be examined with variable tightening force; a blood flow information measurement device 130 for performing measurement processing for blood flow information of the object to be examined; and a processing part 210 for performing at least one of control processing for the tightening state of the tightening mechanism 110 and generation processing for notification data concerning the tightening condition based on the measured blood flow information.
