To provide a biometric information processing apparatus capable of reducing mismatch, and a biometric information processing system.SOLUTION: A biometric information processing apparatus includes a derivation unit and a classification unit. The derivation unit derives emotion information on an object living body based on at least one of biometric information and behavior information which are obtained from the object living body executing a specific task.
