To reduce a power consumption further.
A heartbeat detection unit 107 detects biological information. A CPU 101 determines whether a value of the biological information is stabilized based on the biological information detected by the heartbeat detection unit 107. A transmitting unit 108 transmits the biological information. The CPU 101 controls so that periodically the heartbeat detection unit 107 detects the biological information and the transmitting unit 108 may transmit the biological information when determining that the value of the biological information is stabilized.
