Title:
生体光計測装置
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP4477403
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] To provide a biophotonic measuring apparatus that can present a parameter important in the diagnosis of dementias including Alzheimer disease, thereby contributing to an accurate diagnosis of dementias. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] In the biophotonic measuring apparatus, the computing unit comprises characteristic quantity extracting means for analyzing hemoglobin change signals from multiple measuring points, obtained by means of a probe fitted to a test subject, and for extracting characteristic quantity peculiar to dementia. Further, the computing unit performs modeling of the signal waveform of hemoglobin change signals in accordance with the optimization method utilizing the simplex method, and automatically computes the characteristic quantity from the modeled measured signal waveform. The characteristic quantity of the test subject is compared with characteristic quantities by dementia types stored as a data base in storing means, and judging of specified dementia is carried out.
